Winter Pancit

Tags: Lazy, Fast, Easy, Winter, Pancit, Noodles | ID: CRO.00

* Based on pancit but modified by the hand of Hypnos. Best eaten from the pan.

Ingredients

Steps

  1. Heat some water, and place the noodles once the water is warm, not hot.
  2. Add butter in a pan or oil in a wok, heat it, then put in the garlic and onion. (I use butter with olive oil, because I like the flavour, but the original recipe is vegan. Speaking of vegan, when Jacin orders this, it is served with shredded chicken breast.)
  3. Sauté the garlic and onion, then add the carrots and cabbage.
  4. Pour soy sauce, then once the cabbage is soft, add the chicken broth and noodles into your pan/wok.
  5. And you're done! Garnish with slices of lemon or ginger.

crow note: since this is a tired/winter recipe i eat it directly from the pan - you can eat pancit with your hands, i either do that with or w/o bread/cabbage or use chopsticks to not scratch the pan.

Acheron Jaw Unhinger

Tags: Lazy, Pasta, Spicy, Leftovers, (Sweet) | ID: JAC.00

* A midnight pasta built by insctinct and forgotten childhood memories. A little violent. Very hot. Messy to heat, do not wear white. This is the recipe of the very first unhinger, but it has since evolved. To "unhinge" a meal and an "unhinged" meal became part of our patrons' vocabulary, whenever they apply "Acheron Logic" to their meal. Pizza, for example, can also be unhinged.

Ingredients

Steps

  1. Place your leftovers in a pan. Cook pasta if you don't have leftovers.
  2. In the same pan, add pomi and oil. Heat until thickened.
  3. Here's when we add our sweeteners or ketchup. In the original recipe, you would only add water and tabasco to taste.
  4. Stir and serve.

* If you're asked to "feast on the chaff and offal" (sorry, Jace). Sauce of mango and honey. Herbal - sage to put the spirit of the fish at peace. Crow can't eat any of Neuma's food.

Ingredients

Steps

  1. Rinse your fish (rub with salt). Remove gills.
  2. Blanch and fry the fish lightly. I add the sage while blanching.
  3. Saved what I didn't use from the fish head + gills for fish broth.
  4. Add mango and honey while frying. Refrigerate and let marinate in mango honey blend overnight.
  5. Heat in oil. Strain before serving. What you strained is your stew. Eat the meat from the bones. Cook rice in the stew if you want.
