Winter Pancit
Tags: Lazy, Fast, Easy, Winter, Pancit, Noodles | ID: CRO.00
* Based on pancit but modified by the hand of Hypnos. Best eaten from the pan.
Ingredients
- 1 bag rice noodles
- Butter & olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 onion (diced)
- 3–5 carrots (thinly sliced)
- Soy sauce
- Curry, turmeric, cayenne
- Chicken bouillon or broth
- Leafy green (preferably cabbage)
Steps
- Heat some water, and place the noodles once the water is warm, not hot.
- Add butter in a pan or oil in a wok, heat it, then put in the garlic and onion. (I use butter with olive oil, because I like the flavour, but the original recipe is vegan. Speaking of vegan, when Jacin orders this, it is served with shredded chicken breast.)
- Sauté the garlic and onion, then add the carrots and cabbage.
- Pour soy sauce, then once the cabbage is soft, add the chicken broth and noodles into your pan/wok.
- And you're done! Garnish with slices of lemon or ginger.
crow note: since this is a tired/winter recipe i eat it directly from the pan - you can eat pancit with your hands, i either do that with or w/o bread/cabbage or use chopsticks to not scratch the pan.

Acheron Jaw Unhinger
Tags: Lazy, Pasta, Spicy, Leftovers, (Sweet) | ID: JAC.00
* A midnight pasta built by insctinct and forgotten childhood memories. A little violent. Very hot. Messy to heat, do not wear white. This is the recipe of the very first unhinger, but it has since evolved. To "unhinge" a meal and an "unhinged" meal became part of our patrons' vocabulary, whenever they apply "Acheron Logic" to their meal. Pizza, for example, can also be unhinged.
Ingredients
- Pasta (leftovers, can be any sort: with meat or not, white or pesto, even spaghetti - it matters not)
- Pomi, tabasco, lukewarm water, olive oil
- The very first unhinger used leftovers with parmesan. Add cheese of your choice
Later iterations include: sugar, honey, ketchup
Steps
- Place your leftovers in a pan. Cook pasta if you don't have leftovers.
- In the same pan, add pomi and oil. Heat until thickened.
- Here's when we add our sweeteners or ketchup. In the original recipe, you would only add water and tabasco to taste.
- Stir and serve.

Steps
- Rinse your fish (rub with salt). Remove gills.
