do you remember when donald trump had teslas on the white house lawn? crazy to think about as a non-american. i mention this now because i'm watching hank green talk about the elon musk x donald trump situation. he's saying something i was thinking about earlier, that it's unbelievable that these people are still trying to rake in more money. like, they're doing this - destroying their country, mainly - to make more money. their motive is something that they don't even need anymore. how does that make any sense? what are they buying? are they investing in other governments? war? mars? none of it makes sense. and every time they pull a stunt, the value of other things goes up or down. stock prices and government spending change based on feelings. and countries like mine and palestine pay the price. i'm just frustrated, i guess. donald trump is 78. hank green said something interesting about trump and his cryptocurrency: anonymous agents can purchase big amounts of this currency and increase trump's net worth, and there's no way for the public to know who it is. it could be criminals, other politicians, and that can create a favour system.
do you remember logging out? i've been thinking about when i was a kid with a flip phone. nowadays, you're never logged out. but i can't remember how that felt like. i would like to confine the internet to my living room again. or toy room - that's where my grandmother's computer lives. i used to love that computer. no-one's using it anymore. i wish i had a computer and not a laptop, but i also love my laptop - i don't really carry it around anyway.
